Closing session: “We are Culligan” is the perfect theme as Mark Seals, Culligan CEO addresses the convention with his thoughts on how we can work together as one system to drive growth, increase market share, and share best practices. The Culligan commercial sales team will lead a session that combines market intelligence, real success stories from across the dealer network with practical advice on how to successfully sell in the Commercial and Industrial arena. This 2 hour session will be lined up to cover “What’s Hot and what’s Not”. The session will be divided into the following four sections:
- An overview of global and local economic factors driving the Commercial & Industrial markets.
- Share industry data to help you decide “where to hunt” and “where to punt”
- Provide real word examples of great commercial and industrial success stories from across the dealer network
- Review a some of the major initiatives to come in the Commercial and Industrial Product Pipeline
The time spent here should allow you to put your local plans together on next steps for winning more business in the weeks, months and balance of the year
The Culligan Marketing Team is going to take you through several new Culligan and Industry initiatives that are being put in place to help dealers be more effective. The two hour time slot will be divided up as follows:
- Marketing Central Presentation – In the past 6 months, the Culligan Marketing Department has entered the digital age in a big way and they are going to showcase some of the new marketing tools that have recently been put in place for the Culligan dealer network.
Neil Catapano, Field Marketing Manager and Jen Griffin, Marketing Manager, will demonstrate the brand new Culligan Marketing Central online ad builder tool that allows dealers to create their own personalized, pre-approved, local or co-op marketing materials.
Neil and Jen will also review the NSI-CoAMS claims processing center, which allows dealers and agencies to submit claims online, know the status of their claim 24/7 and receive payment via electronic ACH. Join us for an engaging Q&A session on these two new tools!
- Battelle Study Presentation – Eric Rosenthal will present a summary of the new WQA Softened Water Benefits Study. This will include a review of study highlights as well as some direction on how to use the study to generate more revenue.
- Culligan Marketing Q&A – The marketing team will be available to answer questions and take feedback on what would help the dealers be more effective in their marketing and lead generation efforts.
