Many dealers think they have a good handle on their dealership’s telephone IQ. After all, they’re in the same office, hear the phone ring, know they have good people answering…how bad could it be? Trust me, it’s likely bad or at best…ain’t very good! Incoming calls are the lifeblood of most dealerships, from existing customers and prospects! Today, we can’t afford to lose even a single customer through bad phone etiquette or mishandling a sales lead. Here’s how we identified and treated a significant issue and most importantly how you can do the same!
