Alex Connelly is the President and General Manager of Culligan Water Conditioning in Sioux Falls, SD. Like many third generation Culliganmen, he grew up in the business doing everything from painting the building to service and sales. He has worked fulltime in the business since 1995. Alex earned a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. He and his wife Mandra have three children: Sophia (9), Owen (6) and Capri (2).

Workshop Outline:

In Sioux Falls, SD, the delivery department makes up a significant part of their business, yet they spend little time on it other than rerouting every 5 years!! Alex is going to take some time and look at what your daily goals are per route and other expectations. Secondly, he is going to explore daily tracking to see what your numbers are currently so you can measure any improvement going forward. Lastly, he will do some frequency adjustments of salt and bottled water to improve efficiency.
