Andy’s Culligan career started with CR Hall’s organization in 1995 in Wichita, Kansas.There he became the Bottled Water Departmental Manager. In November of 2001, Andy moved to Cleveland, OH, to become the General Manager. He currently manages three locations in NE Ohio with annual revenues exceeding five million dollars.

In this presentation, Andy will share with you the changes they made starting in 2009 that he feels directly attributed to a combined bottled water cooler net gain of 350 customers and 250 new POU cooler accounts in NE Ohio.

We were slowly giving up on our bottled cooler growth and focusing only on POU cooler growth. After all, shrinking cooler bases were happening to most bottled water companies, right? We made the decision to not give up but instead make some key changes (going back to the basics) and to work on growing both segments of the business.
