Workshop Outline:
Increase your sales in a down market by making certain your existing customer understands the benefits of the water and the equipment at their home. This is accomplished by having a customer care representative (CCR) on each service call our service department runs. The CCR meets, tests and explains the water and the equipment. If a sale opportunity arises an appointment is scheduled. The customer really is amazed at this added service feature, and it strengthens loyalty.
