David Rust and Shane Moore are recognized wealth advisors with a combined experience of over forty years. They are the founders and owners of Quartz Financial, a comprehensive wealth management and financial planning firm specializing in the unique issues sudden wealth events bring. They are the authors of the book, Sudden Wealth... IT Happens, The Stories of Seven Families and the Challenges They Face with Financial Windfalls.
Matthew Gilby, President, Southeast Texas Water (Culligan Beaumont)
Matt Gilby has been with Southeast Texas Water since November 2010, when he and wife Catherine purchased the Beaumont Culligan dealership from Catherine's parents - Henry and Fran Strait. Matthew has a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada, is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and holds a CPA license in the State of Texas. Matthew spent 11 years in public accounting with Ernst & Young prior to joining Southeast Texas Water.
Henry Strait
Henry Strait is a retired 2nd Generation, 30-year Culligan Dealer. Strait served as President and General Manager of Southeast Texas Water from 1981-2011. He has been married to Fran Strait for 40 years and have three children including Harvey, Catherine (Gilby) and Matthew. Strait graduated from Lamar University in 1974.
